Terms and conditions

You can book an apartment directly through our web page or by calling the number above.
Through our web page you will be able to find your ideal apartment and make your own reservation. A deposit is required to hold your reservation. When booking, your credit card will be charged 40% of the price of the accommodation, depending on the apartment.

After booking, you will receive confirmation by email containing all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the flat.This email is important as you will need for any communication with Sunny Flat.
At the moment of your check-in you have to pay the rest of the amount: 60% of your reservation (cash or credit card).

Prices
 

 

Each flat has a different rate, depending on its size, location and facilities. Rates are established in days, weeks or months, depending on the length of the stay and the number of occupants, and are always made in the best interests of the guests. These prices include the accommodation as well as any water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels used during the stay.

Cancellation policy
 

 

If, for whatever reason, Sunny Flat cannot offer the apartment that has been reserved by the client, Sunny Flat has the right to place him in an alternative apartment with similar characteristics, provided that other alternatives are available and depending on the season.
If no agreement can be reached, both contractual parties are authorized to cancel the contract. In this case Sunny Flat will refund to the client the total sum paid, except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if this were the case

 

Reservation modifications
 

 

Reservation modifications (changes in dates, number of persons or apartment, type of apartment) are possible subject to Sunny Flat’ discretion. In the event that the guest wishes to stay for fewer days, the remaining balance stays the same so as to compensate the owner for the breach of contract. If the guest wishes to extend their stay, additional sum will be requested upon arrival.

 

Cleaning
 

 

The obligatory cleaning fee refers to the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an added fee.

 

Check-in
 

 

Please note that check-in time is between 2 pm and 8 pm.

Arrivals after:
8 pm the check-in fee is 25€.
11 pm the check-in fee is 40€.
1 am (until 9 am) the check-in fee is 50€.

Arrivals on Sunday or Bank Holidays will have an extra charge of 15€ (between 2 pm and 8 pm).

 

 

It is extremely important that we have an updated arrival time . As soon as you are ready to leave the airport or one hour before the time of arrival to the apartment call your contact person. Not having this information may result in you having to wait for your contact person and a delayed check-in. Our staff will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time.
The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the flat and leave one set of fresh towels per person (one hand towel and one large towel), and one set of sheets for each bed. There will be no change of linens or towels during your stay.

In case you disagree or find any deficiency you should report this within 24 hours of your arrival.
You will get an explanation of how to handle all the apartment’s equipment and will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract. Cash or credit card payment of the remaining balance will be paid at this time. In addition, a refundable security deposit is required in case any losses or damages occur during your stay. The amount of the security deposit varies between 100 and 300 Euros, depending on the apartment and the duration of the stay. This amount needs to be paid by credit card. If no damage occurs, the full amount will be refunded.

 

Stay and check-out
 

 

Check-out is before 11 am.

 

If any questions arise during your stay, our staff will be glad to help you. We have an emergency number you can contact at any time. This number is specified in the contract. On the day of departure our staff will check the condition of the flat and verify that everythingis is order so that we may refund the security deposit. The apartment will be cleaned after your stay and prepared for the next guest.Guests are required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state. Garbage must be taken out the night before and all the dishes must be clean.


The accomodation owner is to provide all the information and resources regarding the accomodation. Although Sunny Flat makes the best effort to verify and update the information shown on the website www.sunnyflat.com, Sunny Flat does not take responsibility for its content. Sunny Flat reserves the right to update the information posted on the website at any time, including but not limited to: rates, descriptions and photographs.
